Shipping & Delivery
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders generally take approximately 7-10 business days (1-2 weeks) to handcraft before they ship.*this does NOT include shipping times. Processing times will increase during the busy holiday season. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has shipped.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping time is approximately 1-3 business days. Due to the pandemic the USPS is requiring more time to deliver their orders and have been experiencing some delays.
Shipping rates fluctuate depending on the size of your order(s). All orders will automatically come fully insured.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Item(s)
All orders will be insured against loss or damage through USPS.
In the event a "Domestic" shipment is lost or stolen Sweet Creek Leather will file a claim with the US Postal Service as soon as they allow. Please note that a brief delay in the arrival of your package due to holidays, weekends, and unforeseen circumstances does not constitute a "lost or stolen" package. All US Postal Service terms and conditions apply and must be adhered to for proper claims processing. For further information go to www.USPS.com
If your items arrive damaged or broken please notify us within 3 days, and we will file a claim with the US Postal Service. Evidence of damage will need to be provided via photo to Sweet Creek Leather and/or presented in person at your local US Post Office.
Once a claim is successfully submitted a replacement product will be shipped to you as quickly as possible. This may take up to four weeks depending on how much product must be remade. Sweet Creek Leather will collect all funds reimbursed by the US Postal Service.
If you wish to have the US Postal Service reimburse you directly, no replacement product will be sent. The turnaround time for reimbursement is at the discretion of the US Postal Service and you agree to release Sweet Creek Leather of liability due to any perceived delay.
Address Changes
Please confirm the shipping address on your invoice prior to paying for your order. Any packages returned to us due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of buyer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping times vary between countries and can be anywhere from 1- 4 weeks. Shipping rates fluctuate depending on the size of your order(s). All orders will automatically come fully insured while in the USA. *Buyer is responsible for all taxes and customs fees.
Once your package is shipped a customs number will be provided which can be used for tracking purposes. Packages may be tracked on the US Postal Service website www.USPS.com. After the package arrives in the country of destination and accepted by Customs, further tracking information may or may not be available, depending on the local delivery service provided.
