Easy Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you LOVE everything about your Sweet Creek Leather purchase. We understand that you may not always be 100% satisfied with every purchase. That is why we have a 7 day return policy. You can easily exchange your item for equal or lesser value for IN-STORE CREDIT. Reach out to us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within SEVEN business days after your item was marked arrived via USPS and we will be happy to assist you in the return process.
If you'd like to exchange for an item of higher value than what you originally purchased we can invoice you for the difference. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unworn and in resale condition. Once we receive your item(s) we will issue you an "in-store credit" for the purchase amount less shipping cost in the form of a coupon code to use on a future purchase. Sweet Creek Leather reserves the right to either accept or deny your return / exchange proposal for any reason, if we deem that your item does NOT meet the above standards. Buyer is responsible for any shipping overages to ship the item(s) back.
In the event the items you receive are damaged, defective, or do not match the purchase invoice please e-mail email@example.com. We will exchange them for you and we will cover your shipping charges. These items must also be unworn and in the original packaging.
If you received Sweet Creek Leather as a gift and need to make an exchange- please also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Wholesale Orders are final. Please confirm your invoice before completing your purchase. In the event the items you receive do not match the invoice we will exchange them for the correct items at our expense. Please e-mail email@example.com.
We will allow you to make changes or cancel your order(s) within 24 hours if we haven't begun making it. We strive to start processing and handcrafting your items immediately upon receiving them. So, please let us know as soon as possible so we can determine whether or not you are still eligible for a cancelation.
***on all exchanges and repairs, the customer is fully responsible for shipping costs. We recommend purchasing full coverage insurance for your returned items. In the event your items are lost or stolen in transit, Sweet Creek Leather will not be held liable to replace your items or credit you the value of the items.
