"Full grain" leather is the highest quality of leather you can find in the world. It is the outer layer of the hide that has not been sanded or buffed to remove imperfections. Full grain leather is prized for its natural grain and texture, which gives it a distinctive look and patina that develops over time.
 
"Vegetable Tanned" just means that during the tanning process is was tanned with naturally occurring compounds, or tannins, from organic materials like tree bark, roots, nuts, and berries. It's the oldest and most traditional form of tanning, which is why veg-tanned leather is often considered a classic shop staple. It is also free of harsh chemicals making it better for you and the environment!
